Managing Partner 

Assel has over 20 years of experience in various corporate finance, strategy consulting, and equity research roles, including at a Big4 firm, a US investment banking firm, and mid- to large-cap public companies in the energy sector. With more than 10 years of serving as a primary source of analytical insights for global fund managers from the USA, Europe, and Asia, she has gained valuable expertise and skills in pitching business to investors and potential buyers. Assel also gained vast experience from working directly with Board of Directors of multi-billion dollar companies which allowed a deep understanding of how to align shareholders’ and other stakeholders interests. 
Assel earned her Master degree in Finance from Lancaster University, UK. Later she earned an Executive MBA from NUGBS in strategic collaboration with the Duke University’s Fuqua Business School.

Zhansulu is a seasoned investment professional with a proven track record in cross-border M&A, portfolio management, and financial strategy across the oil & gas, mining, and consumer sectors. With over a decade of experience at global institutions operating in energy, metals &mining, and consumer staple and Big Four firms—she has led transactions from $50 million to $7.5 billion, negotiated complex commercial terms, conducted high-impact due diligence and pricing analyses, and advised executive and board-level leadership on financing, investment strategies, and ESG-related regulations. Zhansulu’s deep expertise in capital raising, coupled with hands-on leadership in both public and private sectors, has earned her multiple accolades, rapid promotions, and the confidence of senior stakeholders. She brings analytical rigor, global market acumen, and a results-oriented mindset to every engagement.
